The redesign of InterContinental New York Barclay Hotels’s website is focused on visual design aesthetic and efficient functionality. Also creating emotional engagement with the users to motivate them to make a reservation for their stay.

The design concept is base on the personalized content's layout, which is a smart way to feature the contents to engage with the users based on their user's pattern and behavior. It is a great content strategy to engage with the user based on the user funnel and user intent.

So here is the breakdown. Filter and auto-generate the contents based on the

  • Return visitors

  • Customer who completed a booking
